Encrypted on your phone

AES-256

Sensitive details — site names, addresses, contractor contacts and cert numbers — are encrypted on your phone before upload. CompletionVault and Supabase do not receive a readable key. On iOS, iCloud Keychain may recover it on another Apple device; a passphrase-protected backup remains the universal fallback.

Scoped to you

Row-level security scopes app records and private files to the signed-in account, with database checks that reject cross-account links.

Private photo storage

Job and cert images live in private storage — never served as public static URLs.

Time-limited access

Images load through short-lived signed links that expire, not permanent public addresses.
